- You will receive the code for the vehicle by e-mail 2 hours before the start of the rental period
- There is a box with the key on the rear door
- You can open the box with the code
- Make a short video of the vehicle (exterior view) before the trip and send it to us via QR code/WhatsApp
- Please note the reserved times, delays of more than 10 minutes cost CHF 300.
- When you are finished, you must fill up with diesel until it “clicks”. Please take a photo of the invoice and send it to us via QR code/WhatsApp (fine is CHF 150)
- Close the windows, doors and turn off the lights (fine is CHF 300)
- Clean the vehicle (fine is CHF 150)
- Put the key back in the box and make sure that the box is locked.
- Make another short video of the vehicle (exterior view) and send it to us
- All our parking lots are under video surveillance
- All our vehicles have a GPS tracker
